Baseball 

Whether you want a stronger arm or a more powerful swing, work these baseball workouts into your training to improve your fielding, hitting, and base running. Baseball, perhaps more than any other sport, places a premium on fast, explosive rotational movement.

 

Unfortunately, those movements also make baseball the sport that produces the most elbow and shoulder injuries. Of course, many of those bulked-up players broke down because of the extra size—and that came at the expense of undue pressure on the joints. With baseball exercises, the goal is not bulk but increased rotational strength, which is the key to generating power when throwing a ball or swinging a bat.

We design a personal training program specifically for you skills. Baseball players move in sudden, quick bursts, they should emphasize improving acceleration. And because of the workloads they put on their shoulders, baseball players should avoid exercises that place undue pressure on that area—and focus on moves that reduce the risk of shoulder injury instead.

Basketball

Basketball is one of the most competitive sports, and most players want to improve their basketball skills whether it’s to make the local team or simply score more points in a casual game against friends.

 

The game not only provides you with an opportunity to improve as an individual and become a better team player. There are many ways that basketball players can improve their skills from building strength and stamina through conditioning workouts to working on ball control, dribbling, and other basketball skills.

Soccer

Skills include good footwork, discipline, agility, foot-eye coordination, and stamina. But as players go up to higher levels of soccer, strength and muscle development become just as important. Lifting weights, performing HIIT workouts, and weighted plyometrics are all necessary for players to take their games to the next level. Squats and deadlifts are the two most dynamic lower body exercises and would contribute greatly to a soccer player's performance.
