Over 30 Top-10 Finishes in Tough Mudder and Spartan Series

I currently race in the Spartan US National Series, where I compete against the best age group obstacle course racers in the world. I have achieved over 20 top 10 finishes and 12 podium finishes in the Spartan and Tough Mudder Series.

As a coach, I specialize in a wide range of training areas, including running mechanics, strength and conditioning, hand-eye coordination, flexibility, and senior classes. My personalized training programs are designed to help individuals of all levels achieve their fitness goals, from beginners to professional athletes.

I am a personal trainer coaching high-performance athletes within a well-equipped gym in Merritt Island, Florida. The gym provides a wide range of fitness options for individuals of all ages and fitness levels.
